WeGotFrenched Membership Agreement

Effective Date: 1/23/2025

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between WeGotFrenched ("Company") and the individual ("Member") who purchases a membership in the Dreamers Club, Explorers Club, or Navigators Club. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the Agreement

WeGotFrenched provides various membership levels granting access to educational content, community discussions, and consulting services for individuals interested in moving to and living in France. This Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of Members based on their chosen membership level.

2. Membership Levels & Access

a) Dreamers Club ($4.95/month)

  • Access to the weekly newsletter and community forums.

  • No direct consultation or access to the online course.

b) Explorers Club ($799 one-time payment)

  • Full access to the online course.

  • Includes all Dreamers Club benefits.

  • No direct one-on-one consulting included.

c) Navigators Club ($1,095 one-time payment)

  • Two one-hour one-on-one consulting sessions with the Company.

  • Includes all Dreamers Club and Explorers Club benefits.

d) A La Carte One-on-One Consulting ($250 per hour)

  • Available to all members for additional guidance.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments are due at the time of enrollment.

  • Dreamers Club renews automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.

  • The Explorers Club and Navigators Club are non-refundable.

  • Membership prices may change, but existing Members will be notified in advance.

4. Member Responsibilities

  • Members must not share or distribute course materials, login credentials, or other proprietary content.

  • Respectful engagement is required in community discussions. Any harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access.

  • Members are responsible for their own decisions regarding their move to France. WeGotFrenched provides guidance but does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • WeGotFrenched does not guarantee visa approvals, property purchases, or other personal or financial outcomes.

  • The Company is not liable for any decisions made by Members based on information provided.

  • Members assume all risks associated with their move to France.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, newsletters, and consulting advice are the intellectual property of WeGotFrenched.

  • Members may not reproduce, share, or use materials for commercial purposes.

7. Termination of Membership

  • WeGotFrenched reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

    • Sharing proprietary content.

    • Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

    • Non-payment of fees.

  • Memberships may be canceled by the Member at any time.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in U.S. courts.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

  • WeGotFrenched reserves the right to update this Agreement. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
